How to do Sat Kriya:   Instructions
Approximately 6 Minutes

Benefits: Excellent to practice every day, this set will balance and strengthen your sexual and elimination systems.  General physical health is improved since all the internal organs receive a gentle rhythmic massage from this exercise.  Men will find that daily practice of a minimum of 3 minutes will help sexual performance.  Sat Kriya works directly on stimulating and channeling Kundalini energy.  After a period of steady practice, the length of time can be extended, but remember to approach this powerful kriya with respect.
